Individual therapy
I provide person-centered, holistic, and contextualized individual therapy for adults throughout Oregon, with a particular interest in the transitions and identity development that shape our lives. My approach is rooted in attachment, connection, and an understanding of the social and cultural contexts in which we live.
I have specialized training in developmental psychology, particularly emerging adulthood (ages 18–26). This stage of life can bring significant changes in identity, relationships, education, career, independence, and expectations for the future. Therapy can offer space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and navigate these transitions with greater intention.
Together, we might explore:
Identity development and life transitions
Anxiety, depression, and mood
Relationships, attachment, and connection
Grief and loss
Queer, LGBTQ+, transgender, and gender-diverse identity
Sexuality, meaning, purpose, and existential concerns
My work is collaborative and relational. Rather than focusing on symptoms, we can become curious about the patterns, relationships, experiences, and contexts that have shaped you and consider what might help you feel more connected to yourself and the life you want to create.
I provide telehealth individual therapy to adults throughout Oregon, including Portland.
