SimplePractice provides HIPAA-aligned services and maintains a Business Associate Agreement with providers using its platform.

Stripe: Credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment and transaction information necessary to process payments, including payment method and transaction details. Stripe's privacy practices are described in its Privacy Policy.
